1. How high are the expenses for orders made in our online shop?

– The expenses differ from the buyers location, as well as the weight of the package. Please see more detailed info about shipping expenses in Information under Shipping conditions.

2. What type of payment do you accept?

– We accept PayPal, Stripe, Visa or Mastercard and direct bank transfer/payment.

3. How long does it take for the delivery to arrive?

– We try to ship your order in 24 hours since receiving a payment. Delivery than lasts from 1-5 working days, depending on buyers location and road traffic. Sometimes the package could be delayed a day or two due to weather or other conditions. You can also see more shipping details in Information under Shipping conditions.

4. Is it safe to shop online? How well protected is my personal data?

– Your personal information is safe with us and is protected by all means regulated to work in EU. All info is protected from third partys, so you can shop safely.

5. What happens after I place an order?

After we receive your order and your payment, we make sure the goods are packed safely and shipped to you as soon as possible.

6. Do I get a receipt for my payment?

– For the purchase that you made, you will receive an invoice, where it will be stated, who is the buyer and who is the seller. Please keep the receipt, as it can be used as a warranty.
